Colleen Fleming, LCMHCA, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina and is currently working to complete her credential in Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT). She works closely with her dog, Sable, who is her co-therapist.

Colleen helps adults, teenagers, and children find hope amid their struggles. She creates a safe space to share your story and face past traumas through real conversations and a variety of research-proven and evidence-based therapy methods. You will work together to find inner peace no matter what your situation. She wants you to know and feel that you are never alone in your journey. Colleen is EMDR trained and often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as her main modalities. Her approach is very client-centered, and she believes in meeting each individual client where they’re at. She has experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, C-PTSD, faith-based concerns, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and more.

Colleen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from East Carolina University and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
